Gemar Shipping was founded in 1993 in Gemlik where our head office is currently located. We provide shipping agency services in all Turkish ports and shipyards, including for transit vessels through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits with our skilled team.

We have expanded with our İzmit Branch office in 2009, which now serves the İzmit Gulf – Derince – Yarımca – Diliskelesi (Gebze) areas as well as the Yalova Shipyard. Furthermore, we have expanded into the İskenderun – Mersin area in 2011 and have been proudly providing our services there since.

Though Gemar had started as a local agency service in the Gemlik port, we are now preferred by valuable customers, owners and forwarders from all around the world for their shipping needs in all Turkish ports.
